The American Association Playoffs, 1942-1946

This issue of the American Association Almanac (Vol. 14, No. 2) was published in October 2018. Its primary focus is game-by-game descriptions of the American Association postseason which took place on two levels: a four-team playoff followed by a match-up between the winners of those series. Having originated with the Fall 2017 issue covering the seasons 1932-1941, this series will culminate with the playoffs of the 1962 season.
